How to add user to hotel

There are two ways to add a new user to a hotel: creating a new user and inviting a user via email.

Creating a new user

Creating a new user is only available for users managers.

To create an employee, go to the “Staff” section and click the “New employee” button.

In the window that opens, you must enter user data and confirm the creation.

Then you need to transfer to the employee for whom the account was created, the login data - email and password specified during creation.

Inviting a user to a hotel

In the case when the invited user already has an account in Teamatix, and also if you need to invite several users at once, you can use the function of inviting an employee by e-mail.

Employee email invitation is only available for hotel and group managers.

To create an invitation, click the "Invite user" button in the "Personnel" section.

In the window that appears, you must:

  • enter the email addresses of the invited employees (separated by a space or a comma);
  • select a group to which invited users will be added;
  • select the position to which these employees will be assigned (optional);
  • select user roles (optional);

After clicking on the “Invite” button, users will receive emails with links to accept the invitation, by clicking on which the employee will be automatically authorized in the Teamatix system and will be able to start working.

The link to accept the invitation is one-time. It automatically authorizes the user in the Teamatix system. The user is not given a password, so it will be possible to re-login to the account on the web version only through password recovery. Authorization in the mobile application using a QR code will be available immediately.

All invited users who have not yet accepted the invitation are displayed in the invitation window. To revoke the invitation, click the "Revoke" button. Once the invitation is withdrawn, the user will no longer be able to use the link received in the email.
