How to create and edit groups (departments)?

With the Teamatix sign-up, you have preset the base groups (departments): Front office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & beverage, Management, and others.

Groups creation and editing is available in the web-based App only.

If you need to create an additional group/department,

  1. Press “+” in the list of preset groups in the Staff / Users & groups section
  2. Type in the new group name.

The group renaming are available by typing in the new name instead of the previous one.

You can archive the group if there are no listed active users.
